The greatest gift.

"And there were shepherds in the same country abiding in the field, and keeping watch by night over their flock.9 And an angel of the Lord stood by them, and the glory of the Lord shone round about them: and they were sore afraid.10 And the angel said unto them, Be not afraid; for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which shall be to all the people:11 for there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord.- Luke 2:8-11 American Standard Version"

I wish each everyone one of my readers, friends and family the best holiday weekend. May your homes be filled with laughter, peace, joy and rest.

Rejoice and be glad for the greatest gift humankind could have ever received was given to us 2000 years ago.

Also I wanted to share with you my all time favorite Christmas song. As a child I loved when my mother would sing this song to me on Christmas Eve. To this day I still get the same lump in my throat and my eyes well up in anticipation and adoration of the true king every time I hear this song. I am filled with amazement as I try to think of what it would have been like on that starry night as one of those shepherds to stand in the physical presence of the Lord of Heaven and Earth.

"Little Drummer Boy"

Come, they told me (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
A newborn king to see (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
Our finest gifts we bring (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
To lay before the king (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum) [x3]
So, to honor Him (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
When we come

Little baby (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
I am a poor boy too (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
I have no gifts to bring (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
That's fit to give a king (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum) [x3]
Shall I play for you (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
On my drum?

Mary nodded (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
The ox and lamb kept time (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
I played my drum for Him (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
I played my best for Him (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum) [x3]
Then, He smiled at me (pa-rum-pa-pum-pum)
Me and my drum

I stand today as a humble servant and I play my drum for you King Jesus. May you be pleased with my offering...

Peace be with all of you.

I am "thankful" for men like Don Alejo Garza Temez

Dignity. Courage. Honor.

These are the things I am thankful for.

I am thankful that the great God Jehovah instilled this divine attribute in us. While we may be a fallen creation, God has left is fingerprints upon mankind and when in the right light we can see his mark imprinted on us.

God bless Don Alejo Garza. This man was not only a patriot but had the intestinal fortitude to stand up to the cartels who are holding Mexico completely hostage. If this man at 77 years of age can kill and incapacitate 6 gunmen while being outmanned and outgunned, imagine what a well able bodied group of good citizens can do for their country?

Do you all see why I cannot stress the importance of being on equal footing with those that wish to have a monopoly of force?

Read below and be inspired on what one man with simple "hunting rifles" inflicted on these gutless criminal scumbags.

Mexico needs more men like Don....hell....the WORLD needs more men like Don Garza for that matter. Well played you brave old timer. My question to my friends and readers is: When those that come in force as roaming savages or behind the authority of a badge descend upon you to take everything you worked for and cherish. will you be able to stand in your doorway like Mr. Garza and give them the "business"? I know I will...

http://www.borderlandbeat.com/2010/11/mexican-marines-reconstruct-death-of.html

Mexican Marines reconstruct the death of Don Alejo Garza.

When Mexican Marines arrived at the San Jose Ranch, 15 kilometers from Victoria, Tamaulipas, the scene was bleak: The austere main house was practically destroyed by grenades and heavy gunfire.

Outside of the home, they found four bodies. Cautiously, and with their weapons drawn, the troops continued inspecting the exterior and found two more gunmen, wounded and unconscious, but alive.

Inside the house only one body was found, riddled with bullets and with two weapons by it's side. The body was identified as Don Alejo Garza Tamez, the owner of the ranch and a highly respected businessman in Nuevo Leon.

Upon further inspection of the interior, marines found weapons and ammunition at every window and door. This allowed them to reconstruct how, just hours prior, the battle had played out.

Marines searched for more bodies inside the house, but none were to be found. It seemed hard to believe that one person, armed only with hunting rifles, had caused so many casualties on the attackers.

Dozens of spent shells and the smell of gunpowder gave proof of the tenacity of the man who fought to the end in defense, of not only his ranch, but his dignity.

In the end, it was deduced the man had created his own defense strategy to fight alone, placing weapons at every door and window.

The story began in the morning of Saturday November 13, when a group of armed gunmen went to deliver an ultimatum to Don Alejo Garza Tamez: He had 24 hours to turn over his property or suffer the consequences.

Using the diplomacy he had acquired over nearly eight decades of life, Don Alejo flatly announced that not only would he not be surrendering his property, but that he'd be waiting for them.

When the men had left, Don Alejo gathered his workers and ordered them to take Sunday off, he wanted to be alone.

He dedicated the rest of Saturday to taking stock of his weapons and ammunition and creating a military fortress style defense strategy for his home.

The night of Saturday the thirteenth was long and restless, much like his past hunting adventures; Don Alejo woke early. Shortly after 4 a.m. the motors of various trucks could be heard entering the property from a distance.

Marines who investigated the scene could only imagine how it was that morning: armed men, their impunity secured, confident they'd soon be owners of yet another property. Nobody, or almost no one, could hold out against a group of heavily armed gunmen. Only Don Alejo.

The trucks entered the ranch and took up positions surrounding the house. The gunmen got out of their trucks, fired shots in the air, and announced they came to take possession of the ranch. They were expecting the terrified occupants to run out, begging for mercy with their hands in the air.

But things didn't go as expected. Don Alejo welcomed them with bullets; the entire army of gunmen returned fire. Don Alejo seemed to multiply, he seemed to be everywhere. The minutes would have seemed endless to those who had seen him as easy prey. Various gunmen were killed on sight. The others, in rage and frustration, intensified the attack by swapping out their assault rifles for grenades.

When everything finally fell silent, the air was left heavy with gunpowder. The holes left in the walls and the windows attested to the violence of the attack. When they went in search of what they had assumed was a large contingent, they were surprised to find only one man, Don Alejo.

The surviving gunmen did not take over the ranch. Thinking the military would arrive at any moment, they decided to run. They left behind what they thought were six corpses, but two of their gunmen had survived.

Shortly after, the Marines arrived and methodically reconstructed the events. A lone rancher, a man who worked a lifetime to be able to enjoy the fruits of his labor such as his ranch, had defended it to his death.

In the last hunt of his life, Don Alejo surprised the group of assassins who wanted to impose the same law on his ranch that they had on the State, the law of the jungle.

The marines who were present will never forget the scene: a 77 year old man, who before death, took out four gunmen, fighting the same as the best soldiers: with dignity, courage, and honor.

Rest in Peace Don Alejo Garza Tamez

A Man of His Word

- Don Alejo Garza was a proud Norteño. He was born in Allende, Nuevo leon in 1933. He childhood was spent in the most wooded areas of the state.

-Allende, located 50 miles south of Monterrey, is crossed by National Highway 85 that leads to Ciudad Victoria, Tampico and Veracruz. This community is located at the base of the Sierra Madre Oriental.

-His father owned a sawmill, and he learned early in his youth, along with his older brothers, how to work, saw, and sell wood. Driven by this activity he eventually founded the timber supply store El Salto in Monterrey, taking the name from the place where they bought the product.

- As a young man he had to travel constantly to Parral, Chihuahua, and El Salto, Durango, to buy the wood which would then be sold in Monterrey. His family was successful in this field and opened branches in Allende, his hometown, and Montemorelos.

- Don Alejo began fishing and hunting as a child. As a young man he began to collect weapons. Among his friends and associates he was known as an excellent shooter who, in the company of his friends, hunted deer, geese and pigeons.

- Don Alejo Garza Tamez was one of the founding members of the "Dr. Maria Manuel Silva" Hunting, Shooting and Fishing Club, located in Allende, Nuevo León.

- He and his brother, Rodolfo, bought the San Jose Ranch in Tamaulipas and divided it between them. Don Alejo's half bordered with the Padilla Lake and Rodolfo's with the Coronoa river.

Another drop in the Casus Belli bucket...

I don't know whether to laugh or cry. Super glad I dug in and pulled up my boot straps and vowed to never fly again until either the TSA is abolished or this jackassery of secret lists and such falls to the way side....As expected this is going over like a fart in church.

Damn straight...as it should be.

Hello, Mr. Orwell...this is Big Brother down at 1984 Inc. Now what?

Meanwhile at the Beck cave there's a lot of optimism and ooh-rahing going on after the recent election. However based on the results, it's pretty standard fare and to be expected in American politics.

See this recent clip below:

There's very little to be happy with if anything. The best victory to be had in KY with Rand Paul. Finally people are starting to see the madness of power drunk politicians and decided to work within the "system" and send one of their own to turn it inside out. At least you have 1 senator that knows how the Constitution is supposed to work....

Unfortunately, even in my home state of Arizona we sent back some of the biggest establishment D-Bags back to Washington wearing team Red's jersey. John "Fix the danged fence" McCain and Ben "I never participated in Arizona elections" Quayle. I had no problem having to hold my nose this time and gladly put my weight behind the Libertarian candidates running for office. Even though we felt short I would rather turn it over to Democrat than let some milquetoast RINO sit in there and promise you one thing then do the exact opposite.

My main whole point of this rant is that the GOP will not save you. It can't. The die has been cast, the Rubicon crossed. Even with more buckets in the boat the water is rising faster than it can be bilged out of it. America's fate has been sealed.

I've been watching the political map of this country develop for quiet some time. Right now we are two countries which share the same borders with another. What blows me away is that you can go 300 miles in a westward direction and be bound to live under a completely different set of rules and laws, which you being a "free citizen" should be able to excercise said natural rights in peace and security. Once I step into California, my CCW permit instantly becomes invalid. The same permit in which I allowed myself (like a criminal) to be fingerprinted and an extensive background check to be conducted which after "Daddy Government" had granted me the honor to carry "concealed". With the same training, I also spent an entire workday in class understanding the laws of our state and proved myself to be proficient in hitting a target at typical threat ranges. The denizens of California do not agree in the concept of reciprocity and therefor do not get one dime of my hard earned money.

Why are guns being brought up in response to a general election? Simple. Typically I base a majority of my voting decision on one simple question: Does this person believe that the right to self defense must remain unfettered? That when something is legal for the Government (wether local, state or nationally) and illegal for it's citizens, is simple unadulterated tyranny. I will not back anyone who wishes to curb my rights in regards to "common sense" or on behalf "of the children". These same people do not view me as a free person but an expense account to be drawn on and used up for a good time. At least with real criminals, they pull no punches on who they are. These progressive/statist types like to act as if they are acting on your best behalf while sharpening their knives in secret preparing for the sacrificial meal.

So as for Arizonan's we gave the green light to a man who feels it's perfectly ok to know who what and when you sell private property to another individual and has to know when you attempt to buy said property. And we elected another man who is completely uninterested in issues we Arizonan's face and vows to protect gun owner rights by standing against a national data base (we practically already have one by de facto) and protecting hunters rights.

Wow. I am ecstatic and relieved. Hooray for freedom. =/

It's too late to apologize. A Declaration.

This never gets old. This was brilliant. Well done.

"Halfway across the globe and we're standing on new ground. We're screaming across the waves and you can't hear a sound. No fair trials, no free trade, no liberty...No tea. We colonized America we won't stand for tyranny...O' King!"

This is what makes me proud to call myself an American. Unlike the rest of the world, we free men of these United States will not go silently into that collectivist good night. We will stand and fight as free men as our ancestors once did. Regardless if I am despised, I would consider it an honor, as Mark Twain plainly stated: "A patriot is a scorned and despised man, until his cause succeeds then the timid follow him as it takes nothing to be a patriot."

Are you a timid man? If so, now is the time to set that aside and stand up and be counted. There are too many who are counting for you to stand while they can't. Practice integrity now. Get used to confrontation and conflict resolution. Get your house in order. Go get a physical, get your nasty skags fixed at the dentist ASAP. Now is the time to get the dental work done and put it aside you. Because when TEOTWAWKI comes...no dentists are going to be making house calls.

While I NEVER wish to see war come to my doorstep. I know I will give everything I have for the posterity of my children's children that they may have the same freedoms and live life more abundantly than I had.

You can push all your chips to the center of the table and say "All in" on that!

HuffPo readers really need a swift kick in the coccyx ...

If you want a good look at the definition of a Moonbat. Click here.

Maybe it's for intel or self torture but going over to Huffington Post and reading the readers comments either makes me want to gouge my eyes out with a rusty spoon or drive my fists through concrete walls. I love how they can never seem to grasp the concept of "leaving people alone" they MUST, MUST, MUST share their Utopian values on everyone they come across. And if you disagree with them you must be a card carrying Republicanite George Bush worshiping, patriot act loving, homobashing, islamophobe who is bent on standing in their way of stopping their 24 hour hedonistic, we love everyone except white males koom-bai-yah marathon.

Don't eat this. Listen to this obscure band from Wisconsin. Hug this tree. Save everything on the planet besides a human being.

Get over yourselves. Seriously.

And people say that I'm a narrow minded fundamentalist. I might believe the earth was created 6,000 years ago but I have enough respect of the human experience to let people live as they see fit with out anyone interfearing in their daily lives. Not these people. The concept of actual liberty is the furthest thing from their minds. all things begin and end with state interference.

But anyways I am going to be a spoiler come Nov. 2nd and here's the news.

Rand Paul is going to crush all.

And after this election more folks like Rand Paul will be standing up everywhere all over this country.

Moonbats across the land are crying hard and they should be. Ya'll just woke up the sleeping giant who declares in one booming voice: LEAVE US THE HELL ALONE!

Now go cry more....

I couldn't have said it any better myself...

A strong body makes the mind strong. As to the
species of exercises, I advise the gun. While this gives moderate
exercise to the body, it gives boldness, enterprise and independence to
the mind. Games played with the ball, and others of that nature, are too
violent for the body and stamp no character on the mind. Let your gun
...therefore be your constant companion of your walks.- Thomas Jefferson

Sweet victory!

Whew...finally finished my DG re-certification. Talk about a nerve-wracking, stressful experience, this whole process consumed my weekend but I passed with an A and now I am ready to rest and begin anew tomorrow with no monkey on my back!

Thank you Lord for showing me favor and allowing me to stay focused to the end to get it done.

The Grinder

The best thing I love about working out is that it is something you have complete control over in your life. You have more influence in your own physical appearance than you do in cheering on professional sports teams. You can either choose to be a champion and start kicking hein dens and taking names or allow someone right next to you to do the kicking and you be the recipient.

I love that fact that now I have been working out I don't need 10 cups of coffee to keep me going every day. I wake up not dreading the day but embracing it. I get a leg up on everyone else now. No more lagging to get out the door and flying through traffic just to duck in before the boss sees me and while en route to work I am formulating excuses on whom to blame my tardiness on.

Those days are history.

Now I am first to the office and the first one out the door now with all my tasks completed in a timely matter and when I do get called to the carpet I am not sweating and formulating more lies to cover myself. I am well prepared and have thorough responses. Now when I leave the office I am on time to get my kids and when I get home I have more than enough of an evening left to prepare dinner, focus on homework and devote time to the Misses.

Life is tough, but it's good. My life has color again. To the Lord I am thankful that he rescued me in my weakness to set me upon the anvil and bang out my impurities. I love being tempered and when it becomes too much I get dipped into the water of grace to cool me off, only to repeat the process again.

I remember I had posted on my facebook page. That the hardest thing to do in life was to start something and the second hardest thing to do is to stop it. I remember my biggest motivation for working out and lifting came after I had been diagnosed with two herniated discs. I made excuses as to the reasons I shouldn't lift and that I would only aggravated it. As I packed on the pounds and wallowed in self loathing, I remember reading a story of a man who had suffered a stroke who was around my age who had been "locked in". Locked in is a term the medical experts use when a person seems to be in a vegetative state but is fully aware of his surroundings and cannot physically communicate with others.

I read this guys story on how instead of playing a victim and giving up he fought through all that pain to be able to rehabilitate himself to train hard despite his severe limited mobility and without being able to communicate. I thought to myself; if this guy can do it...then I surely can!

Starting out with fairly basic calisthenics to working out with just the basics and light dumbbell work really helped get me to settle in my pace. As a good friend put it "You don't need the gym. The gym is all around you, you will just be throwing your money away. If you can't get on a schedule and stick with it, then you'll never be able to convince yourself to go to the gym and push yourself when you really have to and are paying for it."

He was right.

This is the season that I feel God whispering in my heart to be faithful.

Focus on the little things and I will add to you He says. I created you for a great purpose..one to give you hope and a future. I won't harm you. Trust me. Come follow my path I have laid out before you...make my ways your ways, have a positive attitude, practice integrity, be on time. Don't go to others when you have problems, come to me and I will listen to you. Follow through on your word and let your "yes" be yes and your "no" be no. Stand up mighty warrior and be counted. More people are coming...just wait and be faithful!

Stay on the path. When you are looking to rebuild look to his word on making a new start. In it he states the correct way to begin again when you have failed: "As Moses the servant of the Lord had commanded the Israelites. He built it according to what was written in the book of the law of Moses- an altar of uncut stones, on which no iron tool had been used. On it they offered up to the Lord burnt offerings and sacrificed fellowship offerings. Joshua 8:31 (Bold print, my emphasis)

Right there. We can see that your focus cannot be divided. I thought it was peculiar that no tools may be used. The way I see it and how the word speaks to me is that God wants no outside interference when it comes to his attention and devotion, rather have this perfectly sculpted monument from tools that could have been crafted by idol worshiping heathens, he would rather have rough, uncut stones set atop of each other. He would have you come to him broken than to be puffed up and made all full of yourself expecting a blessing.

You can't run one mile? Good walk one instead. Don't have access to a gym? Good. Drop and give me twenty right now. Yes. Right now. Push your chair back from your desk, hit the dirt and crack out a set of 20 right now. All the way down! No cheating. There...That pump feels pretty cool doesn't it? =)

You don't need the "iron" with expensive running shoes and or the latest new "sweat wicking technology" these are all distractions from focusing on the real meat of the matter. Which would be to commit to yourself. Consecrate yourself. Get in the habit of changing smaller things so more can be added to you. Wake up with a quick read of a verse in the bible. A superset with push ups, squats and a military press with dumbbells. Complete the circut 3 times within 10 mins and head out the door for a morning run, hit the showers and stroll into work 15 mins early.

The key is to start, because you know when you do...

you won't be able to stop!

Solider on...

No one knew that 1984 would be a book on prophecy.

Whiskey. Tango. Foxtrot.

Yours truly has a dark sense of humor. However, I didn't laugh one bit. This made me a tad nervous and apprehensive. Who in the hell thought this was a great idea to post on national TV?

Good to see the greenie weenies give you the whole, Peace, love and happiness...or we'll kill you bit.

As the maxim goes: Scratch a green, get a red.

You excited? I'm excited! Get excited!

Proud Socialists March on DC....

Ah yes...the "socialist agenda" that has been instrumental in spreading joy and happiness around the world for the past 100 years.

Ya'll better learn to use a rifle stat. Especially when this all comes crashing down and the "hope and Change" drones come banging on your door looking for that "distribution of wealth".

This is incredibly sad to see.

"All politics in this country now are nothing but dress rehearsal for civil war." - Billy Beck

Ugh...if you all think this is going to be a good time, you are surely mistaken. This place will make the balkans look like a men's retreat. The only way to turn this around is to make those knees rough and beseech our Almighty God for his assistance.

You do NOT want this come to a shooting war. Once this starts there will be no way of stopping it.

I shudder for my children and their children's future.

The powerful testimony of Gabe Suarez...

I love Gabe Suarez. I remember reading about his posts and articles when he was featured in Black Belt magazines when I was seriously training in martial arts back in the early 2000's. What really impressed me about the man is he resonated the same thoughts I had on regarding Christian men being nothing more than a bunch of soft spoken, doughy doormats who are those that express "a form of godliness but deny it's power." - 2 Timothy 3:5

This is a short run down of Gabe's story. I love how God is using him in instructing free men all over our beloved country to rise to the occasion and be men.

God Bless you my brother in Christ!

Giving pride a much needed beatdown...

Last weekend I had the privilege of attending a great service at my parents church on the west side. I love it when you get these subtle nudges from God to get you to move in a different direction. The main message of the sermon was obtaining grace from the Lord. A quick search of the online dictionary defines grace as: a manifestation of favor, esp. by a superior. We all need grace. We need it in our jobs, especially in these troubled times. We need that favor in our relationships, we need it just to get by in our daily lives. What really spoke to my heart as I listened to the sermon is that too often we forget that pride is the arch enemy of grace. Simply having anger outside of righteous indignation is pride. Anger is pride externalized.

Pride is an effective, efficient killer, He's an old enemy who has survived throughout the ages. Pride can sit and wait in the shadows as an assassin and strike at the most opportune time to deal it's deadly blows. Pride will kill your relationships deader than dead. Pride will create enemies faster than you can befriend others and ultimately it will destroy the most important relationship you need to maintain...An open direct line of communication with the Almighty Father.

That was a serious wake up call to me. To have it dawn on me that anger is nothing more than a self centered, self justified emotion was like having a bucket of cold water thrown in face. My mind immediately flashed back to the times I became short tempered with my spouse and children. Every time I banged my desk in frustration and sworn obscenities of having to explain my instructions to a co worker or to a customer. When I had simply been impatient and frustrated with having to wait on someone else due to their slow gait.

Shame on me.

My anger was nothing more than the byproduct of being just plain lazy by not doing the job right the first time, instead of fuming over having to repeat my instructions it was MY own fault of not communicating correctly as I should have. By being frustrated with a person who didn't move as fast as I did, I failed to realize that it is through God's unfathomable grace that I have good health. That I too one day will be elderly and will have to depend on those younger to assist me in day to day living.

Shame on me.

Now after I had been humbled, I thought how could I defeat an enemy that knows me well and seems to beat me to the punch every time.

The only way to overcome pride is to obtain grace, to obtain grace to submit yourself to the spirit of God for it is written: God Resists the proud but gives grace to the humble. James 4:6.

This is the Lord's fight anyways. Step aside and let him do what he loves to do. Let him take control and soon enough under and through God's authority, pride can hold no dominion over you. You will be moving "like a butterfly and stinging like a bee." bobbing and weaving all day long around satan.

Let him guide your punches. Jab with mercy, cross with love and uppercut with kindness.

The key you have to realize is: You don't have to be right, first or recognized. The only applause you need to concern yourself with and hear from is the one with two scarred hands. When you act as such; God gives you that grace to see things through. His main job title that he is most fond of is..blessing things. The blessing business never goes through a recession. You can count on that.

So while under his employ remember who your boss is and while you're at it...focus on your job while he focuses on his.

Soldier on...

All Systems go...

Ahhhh.....What a sigh of relief. I can actually start blogging as I should. I am going to start importing all my notes I had previously wrote and will start using this site exclusively for all my media related thoughts going forward.

I sincerely welcome you to my page. My utmost goal of this page is to inspire and transform males from being passive, weak willed, lukewarm, limpwristed mealymouthed church attenders...into bold, courageous, passionate, spirit filled, mighty warriors of the living God. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. And ultimately finally be devoted followers of our Lord, Jesus Christ.

This blog is a sparring mat and a workshop that will strip you down to very core and build you back up again to "Be strong in the Lord and his mighty power." I stand on the front lines in this battle for the hearts and minds of my fellow countrymen and to all that within the body of Jesus. I am waging a three pronged full scale attack against the progressive movement, the emasculation of the male figure in this country and the false prophets who preach "a separate gospel" of that of the infallible word of God.

As the famous Bruce Buffer would say: "Let's get ready to rumble!"
